HOW TO ORDER
Choose the product and click the ´trolley´ key inserting the amount required in the proper box. To modify the amount later,you can click on the product´s name in the trolley summing up page.
When you decide to buy,click on ´buy´,you will be shown again the chosen products´list and you can still modify any point of your order.
Choose the form of payment.
For your security and privacy, your user and your password,which you inserted to make an order, will be reset when your browser is closed.
As soon as you send an order,a resuming e-mail with all your order´s details is sent to your address.
In this e-mail is included the order´s identifying number,keep it to allow us to track it easily in case any help should be needed.

DELIVERY AND FREIGHT COSTS
EUROPE: 7 days from end of transaction whith transport by land, except when differently agreed.
If the product is not available,you will be informed on the waiting period within 48 hours.

Please notice that Shardana presents many products with different weights and measures and with freight charges that change with the country of destination.
We can't give you one tariff only.
- The following cost are always shown and applied in the trolley at the time of purchase:
Road shipment, parcels up to 10 Kg for the following countries, Euro........:
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Holland, England, Denmark
Road shipment, parcels above 10 Kg and for countries outside the above list: the customer will be informed of the difference.
Air shipment: the customer will be informed of the difference.
For Wines, Christmas baskets and Sporting articles you pay a special costs. agreed upon with the transporter on the basis of a volume- weight ratio whose rates are shown automatically at the time of purchase.
We recommend to inspect carefully each parcel upon arrival.
In case of damage or tampering with the parcel.,refuse delivery or else ´Accept with reservation´ writing clearly this sentence on the delivery bill and informing immediately Promoshar,S.r.l. of the fact,by e-mail at info@shardana.it ,calling at 39-070-400873 or 39-3358219057, or by fax at 39-070-401312.
If 8 days have elapsed after the fact without prompt notice being given,our Society will not be able to take any step with the transporter to have the damage refunded by the insurer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Law 15-01-1992 No 50 ,the consumer can exert the right of withdrawal within 7 days of article delivery with the following modalities:
a)Promoshar S/r.l in case of delivery of damaged or erroneous article,commits itself to withdraw and substitute said article at its own costs,by means of a simple phone call ,fax or e-mail.
b) if the product is not liked any more or the client changed his mind,he must send within 10 days of receiving the product,a registered letter contaning:
statement of intention of availing himself of benefit granted by Law 15-01-1992 No50
description of product for which said benefit is claimed.

To obtain refund,the client must return to SARDINIA OVERSEAS the product object of withdrawal accompanied by the freight document attached to it at time of delivery.
MODALITIES OF REFUND
Promoshar,S.r.l. will refund the client by bank transfer,within 30 days of receipt of said registered letter.
Necessary condition is that the rpoduct is returned substantially intact even in its packaging.The refund concerns solely the product´s cost,mailing and home delivery costs being charged to the client.
